Midstream company Targa Resources Corp. has appointed Joel Thomas as senior vice president of finance and company treasurer, the company said on April 17.
Thomas, whose appointment was effective April 13, joined Targa in 2012 as associate of corporate development. He has since been given increasing responsibilities at Targa, most recently serving as vice president of corporate and commercial development.
Prior to joining Targa, Thomas worked in the energy investment banking group at Wells Fargo Securities. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
Targa Resources Corp. is a leading provider of midstream services and is one of the largest independent midstream infrastructure companies in North America.
