Lake Crystal Energy retained RedOaks Energy Advisors for the sale of certain operated properties in the Midland Basin. The properties include 3,880 net acres located in premier rock, as well as excellent reservoir quality with proven targets including the Fusselman, Spraberry and Wolfcamp A, B, C and D.

- Opportunity to acquire an operated Midland Basin position with significant existing infrastructure in place
- 3,800 net acres located in Howard and Glasscock Counties
- 26 active producers | 1 injector | 2 active SWDs
- Forecasted January 2023 net production: 385 boe/d (75% Oil)

- PDP PV-10: $12.6 MM
Offers are due at noon CST on Feb. 7. Upon execution of a confidentiality agreement, RedOaks will provide access to the Virtual Data Room, which opens Jan. 4.
