NEW DELHI, India—John Paisie, executive vice president of Stratas Advisors, talks about the outlook for U.S. crude exports. Producers can also expect to contend with regulatory issues. Paisie and other Stratas analysts recently spoke in New Delhi, India, at a seminar held in conjunction with the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry.
