Copano Energy LLC announced a cash distribution for Q4 2007 of $0.51 per common unit, or $2.04 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution is payable on Feb. 14, 2008 to holders of record as of Feb. 1, 2008. The distribution is $0.04 above the $0.47 per unit distribution given in Q3 2007.
Enterprise Products Partners LP announced a Q4 2007 distribution of $0.50 per common unit, or $2.00 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution, which is 7% greater than the Q4 2006 distribution, is payable Feb. 7, 2008 to unitholders of record on Jan. 31, 2008. Enterprise has increased its cash distribution for 14 consecutive quarters.
Duncan Energy Partners LP announced a cash distribution of $0.41 per common unit, or $1.64 per unit on an annualized basis, for Q4 2007. The distribution represents a 2.5% increase from the initial quarterly distribution rate of $0.40 per common unit as stated in the company’s prospectus dated Jan. 30, 2007. The distribution is payable Feb. 7, 2008 to unitholders of record as of Jan. 31, 2008.
