EnLink Midstream Partners LP and EnLink Midstream LLC said Jan. 12 that Cynthia Jaggi was promoted to senior vice president of engineering and operations services, and Michael LeBlanc was promoted to senior vice president of liquids business unit operations.
These appointments are subject to board of directors’ approval. Jaggi and LeBlanc will join the senior leadership team. Jaggi will lead efforts related to major projects, project management, cost management, land, SCADA and supply chain. LeBlanc will continue leading the liquids business unit’s operational efforts.
Jaggi has worked in engineering since she joined EnLink’s predecessor company in 2006. Most recently, she was vice president of major projects.
Previously, she worked at ExxonMobil, starting her career at the Baytown, Texas, refinery, and she has worked elsewhere, EnLink said.
Most recently, LeBlanc was vice president of operations for EnLink’s liquids business unit, which includes all of Louisiana, South Texas, the Ohio River Valley and a portion of West Texas.
LeBlanc has more than 30 years of experience in oil and gas operations, and at EnLink, has managed growth, profitability, efficiency and optimization of assets while providing support for strategic planning, project management and construction.
EnLink Midstream is based in Dallas.
