Stew Fuller, vice president of finance at Lucid Energy Group, is today’s Forty Under 40 featured honoree.
Lucid’s gas gathering systems serve the nation’s top oil and gas producers in the Permian Basin.
Since joining Lucid in 2013, Stew has worked on more than $4.5 billion of debt and equity financings as well as $2.5 billion in M&A transactions. However, Stew is currently in the vortex of his most challenging project—the Dallas-based midstream services provider is “evolving from a small-to-medium- sized business to a much larger entity.”
He continued, “the growing pains associated with that transition are extraordinarily difficult to manage when paired with a rapidly growing asset base in a highly competitive basin.”
