Williams Partners LP (NYSE: WPZ) and ACMP Finance Corp. issued a redemption notice to holders of the 5.875% senior notes, the companies said March 13.
The notes are due 2021 and will be redeemed for cash on April 15.
Williams Partners LP is a natural gas-focused midstream MLP operating in the U.S. and Canada.
