WHC Inc. announced that its owners have decided to transition ownership to its senior management and their equity partner, Alvarez & Marsal Capital Partners (AMCP). WHC’s current management, led by Randy Warner, will continue to lead the company.
In addition to the equity restructuring, the company will operate under a new name going forward: WHC Energy Services LLC. The company will do business as WHC, and will launch a new logo and brand.
WHC Energy Services LLC is a privately held general contractor that provides construction services for pipeline and related facilities. It also offers its customers pipeline right of way and facilities maintenance services.
