Vaquero Midstream LLC received a “substantial” equity commitment from the New York-based private investment firm Yorktown Energy Partners LLC, Vaquero said in an Aug. 21 statement. The company is pursuing opportunities to provide a full suite of midstream services, including gathering, treating, processing, compression, liquids handling and transmission, in emerging North American plays.
Woodlands, Texas-based Vaquero is led by a team of three founding partners: CEO and President Gary E. Conway; Founding Principal Bryant H. Patton; and Founding Principal William W. Davis.
