Sabine Pass Liquefaction LLC (SPL) will offer $1 billion in senior secured notes due 2026, parent company Cheniere Energy Partners LP said June 8.
SPL will use the net proceeds from the offering to prepay part of the amounts currently outstanding under SPL's credit facilities, and to pay associated fees and expenses.
Cheniere Energy Partners LP is based in Houston.
