The board of directors of ONEOK Inc. increased the quarterly dividend by 6%, to 38? per share from 36? per share, effective for the second-quarter of 2013, payable August 15 to shareholders of record on August 5.
In addition, the ONEOK Partners LP board of directors increased the partnership's quarterly cash distribution to 72¢ per unit from 71.5¢ per unit, effective for the second-quarter 2013, resulting in an annualized cash distribution of $2.88 per unit. The distribution is payable August 15to unitholders of record as of August 5.
