NGL Energy Partners LP added five new salt water disposal facilities in the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin, including six recently completed disposal wells, for about $83 million. Expected annual EBITDA during the first year of operation is $16 million.
The facilities will increase capacity by 140,000 barrels per day (bbl/d), bringing NGL Energy’s total treatment and disposal capacity to 600,000 bbl/d. Additional new disposal wells, facilities and water pipelines are also in process.
