Producer-focused company Navitas Midstream Partners announced that an affiliate of Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm focused on growth investing, will lead a line-of-equity investment of up to $500 million in Navitas Midstream.
Members of the management team and other individuals will join Warburg Pincus in the investment. Navitas will use the equity to develop, acquire and operate midstream assets across multiple North American basins.
