ITC Pipeline Co. LLC began an open season for a new petroleum products pipeline system in the City of Pasadena in Harris County, Texas, the company said May 24.
The system is scheduled to begin service in the third quarter of 2016.
There are two new 36-inch diameter injecting pipelines and two 16-inch diameter return lines running about 1.7 miles between a terminal facility and interconnections with Colonial Pipeline Co. and Explorer Pipeline Co.
There is also a new 16-inch diameter pipeline running about 3.76 miles between the terminal and an interconnection near Witter Street, Pasadena, Texas.
The open season will end on June 23.
ITC Pipeline Co. LLC is based in La Porte, Texas.
