Rodney D. Hatfield joined midstream company Outrigger Energy as its vice president-West Texas, leading Permian Basin business development efforts, the company said Sept. 3.
Most recently, Hatfield was vice president-West Texas for Regency Gas Services. He has spent much of his career in the Permian, Outrigger added.
Outrigger’s extensive midstream asset base in covers Howard, Borden and Martin counties in the Midland Basin, and Loving and Winkler counties in the Delaware Basin.
Facilities include two cryogenic gas processing plants with associated gas gathering systems, crude oil gathering systems and a water gathering system. Expansion projects throughout the basin are being implemented currently.
Dave Keanini, CEO, said that Hatfield will be based in the recently opened office in Midland, Texas.
Outrigger Energy is based in Denver.
