GasLog Partners LP priced its public offering of about 2.75 million common units at $19.50 each in a public offering, the company said Aug. 1. Proceeds will be about $53.62 million.
The underwriter has a 30-day option to purchase up to 412,500 additional common units.
The net proceeds will support general partnership purposes including debt repayment, capex and additions to working capital, as well as future acquisitions, which could include those from parent company GasLog Ltd.
Barclays Capital Inc. is the underwriter.
