Energy-focused private-equity firm said Sept. 12 that it acquired energy infrastructure inspection company Applied-Cleveland Corp. (A-C) from Nautic Partners.
Transaction terms were not disclosed.
A-C has partnered with midstream and utility companies across North America for more than 25 years.
Houlihan Lokey was A-C’s financial adviser.
