EnLink Midstream Partners LP will take over a 157,568-square-foot office lease at One Arts Plaza in Dallas. The long-term lease will provide EnLink Midstream flexibility for future growth with opportunities to expand into additional square footage during the term of the lease. The company plans to relocate in mid-2016.
“We are intensely focused on our goal to double the size of EnLink Midstream by 2017,” said Barry E. Davis, EnLink Midstream’s president and CEO. “The decision to move office space allows us to better plan for the future and reinforces our commitment to growth over the near and long-term. One Arts Plaza is located in a premier area of Dallas and provides enhanced amenities for our growing employee base.”
The Dallas Arts District is the largest arts district in the United States and spans over 19 contiguous blocks.
