EnLink Midstream Partners LP will offer $400 million of its senior notes due 2026 in a public offering, the company said July 11.
The net proceeds will repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility and will also support general partnership purposes.
BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are representatives and joint book-running managers.
EnLink Midstream Partners LP is based in Dallas.
