EnLink Midstream LLC and EnLink Midstream Partners LP selected Alaina K. Brooks to succeed Joe A. Davis as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. The appointment is pending approval by the board of directors. Davis is resigning after nine years with EnLink Midstream, formerly Crosstex Energy.
Brooks has held several legal roles within EnLink since she joined in 2008. Most recently she served as deputy general counsel. In her new roles she will serve on EnLink’s senior leadership team and lead the company’s legal and regulatory functions.
