Encana Corp. completed its previously announced sale of its Bighorn assets in Alberta to Jupiter Resources for about CA$2 billion (US$1.8 billion), the company announced.
The sale includes about 360,000 net acres of land and all of Encana’s working interests in pipelines, facilities and service arrangements associated with the Bighorn properties.
