Emerson Climate Technologies, a business segment of Emerson, announced it is attending and exhibiting at the 41st Turbomachinery Symposia Sept. 24–27 in Houston, where representatives will be available to discuss Emerson’s expansion into the industrial compression space.
The onsite symposia team will include John Rhodes, president and Don Newlon, vice president of marketing, both of Emerson Climate Technologies’ refrigeration business. Attending from Vilter Manufacturing, an Emerson Climate business unit, will be Mark McCormick, director of gas compression and John Flynn, director of sales. These and other representatives will be on hand to communicate Emerson’s overall business perspective and response to technology trends and need for application solutions, as well as an overview of its technology and solutions for process refrigeration, turbine fuel gas boosting and vapor recovery and ability to comply with higher specification requirements such as API 619.
“In addition to an excellent educational and networking opportunity, the Turbomachinery Symposia provides a great forum to showcase new Emerson compression offerings for the turbomachinery market,” McCormick said in a release. “We are excited to bring new technology and packaged solutions options for end users and engineering firms in this industry.”
