CIG Logistics acquired a rail facility in Odessa, Texas, from Flint Hills Resources, the company said Oct. 1. The deal closed Sept. 29, and the purchase price and terms were undisclosed.

The 330 acre facility is served by Union Pacific Railroad and has 29,000 feet of track, including two unit train loop tracks and ten ladder tracks to handle movement of crude oil and frack sand to and from the Permian Basin.

The Odessa terminal is CIG Logistics' eighth transloading and storage facility.

CIG Logistics is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
