Sabina Walia has joined Houston-based oil and gas pipeline law firm Caldwell Boudreaux Lefler PLLC as an energy regulatory partner.

Sabina WaliaWalia brings added depth to the firm’s practice in natural gas/NGL and midstream project development, areas in which Caldwell Boudreaux Lefler has established a reputation, especially in matters involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

“We are excited to have Sabina join our team,” said Michelle T. Boudreaux, firm partner and co-founder. “She is highly knowledgeable and built a comprehensive natural gas and liquids practice at Vinson & Elkins prior to joining our firm.”

“Sabina is an outstanding lawyer who will materially add to our ability to serve our clients. Her broad experience in the natural gas area will be of great help in handling our expanding midstream practice,” said Henry S. Walia earned her law degree from Georgetown Law School and her undergraduate degree at Rice University. She is a member of the Energy Bar Association and a frequent presenter at energy regulatory continuing legal education programs.

“I am thrilled to be working with this group of talented lawyers and look forward to adding to the extensive regulatory practice that Caldwell Boudreaux Lefler has developed,” said Walia.
