Antero Midstream Partners LP priced a public offering of 8 million common units representing limited partner interests held by Antero Resources Corp. (NYSE: AR), the company said March 24.
The units are priced at $22.40 each, and gross proceeds will be about $179 million.
Antero Midstream will not receive any proceeds, and the company granted the underwriters 30-day option to purchase 1.2 million additional units.
Antero Resources will own about 62% of the partnership's outstanding common and subordinated units.
The offering is scheduled to close on March 30.
Citigroup is the sole book-running manager.
Antero Resources Corp. is based in Denver.
