    PEGGY WILLIAMS, Editorial Director

    Peggy Williams is a certified petroleum geologist. Prior to joining Hart Energy in 1992, she worked in the operations side of the industry. During a 16-year career in petroleum geology, Williams was an exploration and development geologist, and an equity partner in an independent devoted to natural gas prospect generation. Williams holds a BA in geology from the University of Rhode Island, a Master's in Energy Resources from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MS in Technical Communications from the University of Colorado. pwilliams@hartenergy.com

    LEN VERMILLION, Group Managing Editor, Digital News Group

    Len Vermillion is group managing editor for Hart Energy's Digital News Group, and manages editorial content development for Hart Energy's upstream and midstream websites. He has worked in publishing for more than 20 years, having led several magazines and digital products serving various industries including engineering, retail and travel.     PAUL HART, Editor-in-Chief, Midstream Business

    Paul Hart serves as editor-in-chief of Midstream Business magazine. He brings 30 years of experience in all phases of the worldwide oil and gas industry – upstream, midstream and downstream – to the publication. Assignments have taken him throughout North America, to Asia, the Arctic, the North Sea and Africa. He has written and edited a variety of energy-related publications as well as various marketing and investor relations projects with several energy firms.     CHRISTOPHER SHEEHAN, Senior Financial Analyst

    Christopher D. Sheehan, CFA, rejoined Hart Energy in 2012 and contributes financial analysis to Oil and Gas Investor and Midstream Business. Previously, he was VP of equity capital markets at Petrie Parkman & Co. and was with RBC Capital Markets as an analyst. Most recently, Sheehan co-founded a hedge fund.     Joseph Markman covers midstream operations and finance for Hart Energy's websites. He edits the weekly Midstream Monitor digital newsletter and authors the NGL Frac Spread feature, which is published online and in Midstream Business. He joined Hart Energy in 2010 after more than 20 years in the daily newspaper business, many of them with the Houston Chronicle.
