Parker Hannifin Corp. introduced hand valves and two-, three-, and five-valve manifolds in carbon steel, a more economical material than stainless steel. Developed by Parker's Instrumentation Products Division (IPD), the new series provides a solution for natural gas transmission lines, as well as other chemical/petrochemical and power industrial instrumentation applications that don't require the extreme performance of stainless steel.
