ETP, Regency To Build Fractionator For Woodford, Eagle Ford Volumes

Energy Transfer Partners LP (NYSE: ETP) and Regency Energy Partners LP (NYSE: RGP) announced their Lone Star NGL LLC joint venture will build a second 100,000 barrels per day (b/d) NGL fractionator at Mont Belvieu, Texas. The facility will handle the increased NGL production being transported out of the Woodford shale, Eagle Ford shale and the Permian basin via Lone Star's infrastructure in these plays, including the 570-mile West Texas Gateway NGL Pipeline. 

Both the pipeline and the initial 100,000 b/d fractionator are scheduled to come online in Q1 2013 ...
